a) All Prices are given in Euro including 19% VAT. If you are a company and have an EU Tax-Number the VAT can be deducted.
b) Order from our Online-Shop or send an e-mail or fax. We will check if all goods are on stock and prepare a detailed quotation for you.
a) The Online-Shop can only show the freight-cost inside Germany. The cost for your Country will be given in our order confirmation.
b) The freight-cost depend on the country and on the weight of the package. A guideline of the costs you can find in the table below:

- 1m of EL-Wire 2.3mm has a weight of about 8 to 10g per 1 Meter
- Heavy-Duty 3.2mm is about 15g
- Inverter Kd-30 has a weight of 88g
- AC Power-Supplies always require a full size package
a) Deliveries require prepayment.
b) Payment can be done best via Bank Transfer. The banking details will be given in the order-confirmation.

c) If you chose to pay by PayPal we will issue a payment request to your e-mail at PayPal.

a) Directly after receipt of the payment your order will be proceeded and send to you within 1 to 2 days. After the usual delivery times from the parcel company (See table above) the goods will arrive at your place.
b) In case of longer delivery times we will inform you in our order confirmation before payment.
